With over 15 years of Architectural drafting and Engineering design works, combined with our knowledge of local council and state legislation requirements we will be able to tailor a design to meet your family needs and also at the same time build within your financial limits.
We typically design and build with traditional materials such as timber, brick and masonry. However with all the modern advancement in building materials technology, property intellect is also able to design and build with new innovative products such as Structural insulated panels (SIPs).
